Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. The details below explain when you can cancel, return, or get a refund.

1) Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not been dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • To cancel, email care@planefold.com with your order number.

2) Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds/returns apply only for defective, damaged, or missing items.
  • If the parcel is damaged or items are missing, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and product.
  • For defects discovered after opening, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos/video.

3) Resolution Process

  • After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Bank timelines may vary.
  • For lost-in-transit cases, we will raise a claim with the courier and resolve per their process.

4) Returns Logistics

  • When a return is approved, we will arrange pickup or share instructions for return shipping.
  • Returned items must be in original condition with all components, manuals, and packaging.

5) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear.
  • Requests made outside the specified windows.

6) Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Unclaimed/returned parcels can be re-shipped after payment of re-shipping charges.
